Give the Gift of
Peace of Mind this Holiday Season
An Estate Planning Gift Package from
The English Law Group, P.S.C.
This holiday, give something that actually lasts: a clear plan that protects the people you love. Our Estate Planning Gift Package includes the core documents most families need, a practical workbook and checklist, a consultation with one of our attorneys to create a plan tailored to an adult child’s situation—including planning for minor children when that is part of the picture.
How the Gift Works
You purchase the Individual or Couple package.
We issue a gift certificate and binder for the recipient to open.
The recipient schedules a consultation.
After the recipient agrees to representation, we prepare the documents in the package (and discuss any upgrades).
*Payment by the gift giver does not create an attorney-client relationship with the gift giver. The recipient is the client.
What’s Included
Every package includes:
Estate Planning Binder with letter about the gift
Financial Inventory List
Estate planning checklist
Medical Power of Attorney
Living Will
Durable Power of Attorney
Last Will and Testament
Also included: a consultation to design a plan specific to an adult child, including a testamentary trust for minors and guardianship nominations in the will where appropriate.
Documents are prepared after we meet with the person who will actually use the plan. The package is a starting point—not a one-size-fits-all form set.
Holiday Package
Pricing
Individual: $700
Couple: $900
If the recipient later chooses a revocable living trust, special needs trust or other additional planning, the amount paid for this gift package is applied as a credit toward those fees.
